No Refund only Exchange
7 Days Exchange Policy:
Exchange can be done if the following condition is applied. We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 7 days of your purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.
Note: For the Exchange of products from the Sale collection page (Sales Offer Products) the amount of the original Price will be considered instead of the Sale Offer price.
(for Eg:- If you have bought the product from the accessories collection and you want to exchange it from the Sales Collection page then the amount of the Sales price will not considered instead Original price of the Sales Product Price Will be taken.
Note: Minor colour and design variations in the products from the photographs shared on the website would not be eligible for a refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A customer has to notify us about the return by Contact us at support@kaamfix.com within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please e-mail the following details:
- Kaam Fix Order ID:-
- Name of the customer:-
- Products which the customer wants to Exchange:-
- Reason for returning:-
- Opening Video of the Product
Two Ways of Returning a Product:
- Return PickUp – Once a request for return e-mail is received, we will generate a reverse pickup request, and a courier service representative will visit you for the pickup within 1 to 2 days. The courier service representative will issue a courier slip with a tracking ID when the item is picked up. It is available for most pin codes.
Note: Return pickup ₹ 100/- will be deducted as a Shipping charge.
- Self Return – If the Return Pick-up option is not available in your area or if you choose to return the item yourself, You can return the package using any courier/ postal service of your choice within 5 days of receiving the item.
Conditions for Self-Return:
Please remember that the customer is responsible for the returned item until it reaches us. Once the item to be returned is shipped (handed over to the courier company), the customer should return the item you purchased, please E-mail it to support@kaamfix.com with the following shipping details:
- Date of Shipment
- Name of the Shipper (Courier Company)
- Tracking ID of the Shipment
No Refund/Only Exchange:
Kaam Fix does not provide a refund on any Products sold. Customers will receive store credit for the entire amount of the returned item if they meet the terms and conditions set above.
The customer will have to accept all the charges for the return. The returned item will be accepted if it reaches us in the same condition as was received by the customer.
There is no expiry date for the store credit, and it can be used at any time in the future

About Replacement & Exchange Policy
- GREATS will accept, for exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer.
- Products cannot be replaced or exchanged after 7 days from the receipt of the original order.
- If the customer wants to exchange the item they have received with another piece of the same type (due to defects in the item that they have received), then they can follow the same process as indicated above for a return.
- Please notify us in your e-mail that you want an ‘Exchange.’
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or defective piece, you can replace or exchange the product and get a full replacement or exchange the product for another one. If we cannot provide you with the same model again, then we will provide you with store credit that you can use at any time in the future.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- Exchange can be done only one time. second time we will not permit
